B&B for Walkers

Ridelimousin is an ideal B&B for walkers, hikers and ramblers as we have many local maps, official guides and detailed routes of the area, starting from our doorstep. We are situated on the borders of the Creuse and Haute-Vienne departments of the Limousin within reach of three regional natural parks; Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin and Parc Naturel Régional de Millevaches en Limousin. We are also on the Vézelay Route of the Way of Saint James pilgrimage.

• IGN Ordnance Survey equivalent maps, guidebooks and printed copies of waymarked walking routes for you to use throughout your stay
• A dedicated drying room to ensure your hiking gear is ready when you are
• Cooked breakfasts to prepare you for the day ahead, or cereals if you prefer
• Games room with pool table for evening entertainment
• Delicious 4 course evening meals including all drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as an optional extra at €20 per person

Getting here:

• by air - Limoges Bellegarde airport is a 45 minute drive away and is served by budget airlines flybe and Ryanair. Flybe operate flights to Southampton and Newcastle. Ryanair fly to Liverpool, London Stansted, Nottingham East-Midlands, Leeds and Bristol. We offer an airport taxi service. Car hire and taxis are also available at the airport.
• by rail - La Souterraine train station is 10 minutes drive away. A 10 minute walk from the train station, you can Rent a Car.
• by road - We are just off junction 22 of the A20 (Paris - Toulouse road). There are no tolls between Vierzon and Brive-la-Gaillarde.
• by sea - A price comparison site provides a useful starting point if you're considering different companies, routes and ports. From there, cheaper deals are usually available by going direct to the operator.
